We strive to create an enjoyable experience for all of our clients at April & Company. Please review our simple and straightforward policies before your next visit to the salon.
Points of Consideration
Our selection is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your requested service. Please help us best serve your needs by arriving on time for your appointment.
Scheduling
We strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving in order to accommodate your preferred time and stylist's availability.
Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen problems arise, however, we kindly ask for notice of cancellation 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% late cancellation/no show fee.
Children
While we love children, we ask that you refrain from bringing them to your scheduled service so we can focus on providing you the best possible experience. Of course, we realize this is unavoidable at times, but ask that you plan accordingly prior to your appointment.
Pricing & Gratuity
Stylists' pricing may vary - please confirm the cost of your service with your stylist at the start of your appointment. Note that stylists' gratuity must be issued separately from the service charge.

Products purchased may only be exchanged for other products of equal or lesser value.
