We strive to create an enjoyable experience for all of our clients at April & Company. Please review our simple and straightforward policies before your next visit to the salon.

Points of Consideration

Our selection is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your requested service. Please help us best serve your needs by arriving on time for your appointment.

Scheduling

We strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving in order to accommodate your preferred time and stylist's availability.

Cancellations

We ask that you allow us the consideration of a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice.

Stylist Selection

If you feel more comfortable, better served, or just want a fresh point of view, please feel free to try any or all of our stylists. We work as a team and encourage you to experience our entire team's talent.

Gratuity

Your stylist's gratuity must be separate than service charge.

Exchanges

Products purchased may only be exchanged for other products of equal or lesser value.

Children

We ask that you come alone when you have a scheduled service so we can focus on providing you the best possible experience. Of course, we realize this is unavoidable at times, but ask that you plan accordingly before your appointment if possible. 

Covid-19 Policies

For your safety and that of your stylists and other guests, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to your scheduled appointment until further notice. Please call us upon arrival to the salon so we can greet you at the door. If you are feeling ill, please call us to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
